Nazaré is known for its stunning beaches, where you can soak up the sun and take a dip in the refreshing sea. Praia do Norte is a particularly popular spot, as it attracts surfers from around the world with its giant waves. If you're not up for surfing, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy, such as hiking along the cliffs to see the panoramic views or exploring the charming streets of the town.
One of the town's most unique attractions is the Nazaré Funicular, a tram that takes you up to the top of the town and offers an incredible view of the beach and coastline. Once you reach the top, you can visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Nazaré, a beautiful church that has been a pilgrimage site for centuries.
